I would give this 10 stars across the board if I could. We did dinner under the stars and it was worth every penny and more. We felt like VIPs from the moment we walked through the gate and it was like walking into a luxury piece of heaven. The food was exceptional, the service impeccable, The projection screen gave us all kinds of historical information, and mother nature did the rest with a glorious sky of stars. They picked us up in town and chauffeured us so we didn't even have to worry about over indulging in their strawberry margaritas and wine. First course, a fresh beet salad, second course I had the fish with an adobo sauce made with chilis from the farm, and roasted vegetables.
