I had a problem that was not handled properly. I cannot differentiate motives versus mistakes but the customer service did not meet my expectations and I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.
Placing my order before arrival went fine. I had been here before. When I paid I was told my credit card was not charged because the connection for the card reader failed and the staff member crumpled up the printout and threw it away. I paid cash instead. (Note: You pay extra when using a card to cover the processing fees)
After loading the car (it was a big order), I looked at my credit card app and saw I had charge pending. I walked back in the store and called attention to what I saw. I was told it was just pending and would not be processed. I trusted them.
A couple of days when by and the pending charge posted for payment. I contacted the restaurant and they said they would speak with their accountant. A credit appeared in my pending area in my app but disappeared the next day.
I contested the charge with my credit card issuer and they issued a temporary credit while the issue was investigated. I let the restaurant know what I had done and told them I would cancel the chargeback request if they credited my account.

Para empezar el cobro con tarjeta, que no se debe cobrar esa comisión, sin embargo no denunciamos tal vez por flojera de trámites burocráticos. Otro punto negativo el excesivo cobro de envío, si estás entregando dentro de tu localidad creo que exageran, pero bueno supongo que cobran la comodidad. La mayoría de las veces siempre se olvidan de ponerte algún ingrediente y como lo pides para llevar no te das cuenta hasta que llegas a tu domicilio, y si reclamas te dicen “ahhh es que no teníamos” … bueno… ¿y porque mejor no te especifican ese detalle?, para que tú decidas si quieren encargar otra cosa.
