Read moreThis used to be one of our favorite spots, but after our third visit, we're not coming back. The place still looks nice, with good lighting and a cozy vibe, but the experience was a huge disappointment.
We ordered the famous Alfredo pasta, which used to be their signature dish, but this time it was completely different. No idea what they did to it, but it was a major letdown. It didn’t have the flavor or texture we remembered. On top of that, the breaded chicken we ordered was undercooked, which was pretty concerning.
We asked to speak to the manager, but first, we were told he wasn’t there. Then another waiter said the manager had just arrived, so we asked if he could talk to him. After 15 minutes, we asked again, and the waiter said the manager was “busy.” There were literally only five tables in the whole place—what’s so “busy” about that? We even saw him walk by a couple of times, but we couldn’t catch him. It was only 7 p.m.!
What used to be a go-to spot for us has turned into a real letdown. My friends had warned me not to come back, and sadly, they were right. Hopefully, they take the feedback seriously and make some changes, but for now, I’ll be sticking to places like Chateau or brewery
