Burger King Mesa — Restaurant in Baja California

Hamburger sizes are now good, regular, but if you use their coupons, they give you kiddy hamburger sizes, food is good now, but they lack personnel, wich usually means long time to get your food, overall, food flavor 5/5 (fries have improved since theirs more people coming in, they've had to make new batches, so their fresh), Food portions w/out coupons 5/5, Icecream flavor 5/5, Price 5/5, Time to receive your order 2/5, Cleanliness overall 5/5, Noisiness 1/5 (not noisy), Playground 5/5 (it's a big playground, if I may add), Parking 3/5 the parking area need maintenance, fill out those "baches" on the ground. But at least they have plenty of spaces......

The bathrooms are always dirty and I don't mean trash overflowing. I mean used toilet paper all over the floor even out of the stalls. Water spilled everywhere.. no toilet paper. Food is served cold. Nobody pays attention to the kids area so there's always older (way older) kids going in and hurting the little ones. Ice machine didn't work. Not going back and I would definitely recommend that if you are in the area just go a bit further into Carl's Jr. Better food quality, cleaner areas and definitely worth the price. Btw we paid more here in bk for the same amount of food and the quality...

The worst Burger King I’ve seen in my life, this place it’s completely ruined, the floor are dirty, the tables have remaining food also they’re old, the bathroom are dirty and everything it’s outdated

There’s not even AC and the chicken burger doesn’t even have chicken in it, the boneless are pricey price but they only have like 6/5 pieces per box

There’s a lot of homeless people entering the establishment and also they don’t have WiFi, they gave me bottle of soda cause their soda fountain doesn’t work and don’t have soda in it

Definitely my worst...
