Came here with family and wow - we had a beautiful Omakase experience with Chef Robert!!

We had wanted to come last year but were told they were in the middle of revamping the experience under a new chef - and so we were so happy to see they finally opened when we came back on this trip.

The sushi was absolutely incredible - exclusively local fish so it was all super unique compared to the typical sushi options you see. You can tell Robert is a master of his craft - and it felt like such a privilege to watch him cook right in front of us. Robert was super attentive and took time to explain the origin of each dish, the ingredients, and the inspiration behind his creativity.

Truly a one of a kind evening that my family and I will never forget - and we CANNOT wait to return to see what he has in store for us next time.

I've never had sushi like this before. Honestly its probably one of the top ten meals in my life. All the staff were great. Robert was an excellent chef and host. He's environmental conscious and takes a lot of pride in his craft. He's really got an amazing thing going on here. I highly recommend this place.
