I went to this restaurant before when I was a child at like about 12 years old. I didn't like it as a kid because I was picky with food. I got a quesadilla as a kid and I didn't like it. Mainly because they use fresh, no processed, no chemical cheese. I was too used to how cheese is made in the US.
Yesterday I went to this restaurant again and I got one bowl of Birria. For Americans who don't know, Birria is meat cooked in a heavily seasoned soup called Consume and its eaten with tortilla. At this restaurant they make their own hand made tortillas and they are delicious. Probably some of the best tortillas I had.
The Birria they serve here uses goat meat. The dish was delicious but I felt like it could be better. The consume soup wasn't as heavily seasoned as I expected. The meat wasn't that much seasoned either. The quality of the meat is great though. For drinks I had Hicibus water, it wasn't too sweet or to tart like other places. The money you spend here...

Lots of meat and juice, but the flavor of the meat not so good no taste at all dry it’s almost as if it’s cooked separately and then they add it to the juice. I’m sorry I’m not trying to be mean but I definitely won’t be coming back and for the first time I will not take home the left overs but the tortillas wow 🤩 they are big and delicious not problem with the tortillas and the juice is not that bad. The service was great friendly kind and professional but other than that never again the waters I got lemon with chia seeds and that was disappointing as well as soon as I saw it was the bottle I knew it was the artificial lemon tasting water and I’m sorry but I don’t like the flavor of artificial flavors I should have asked that was my fault but again like I said the service was so good that I feel bad leaving this review because I feel like a bad person, but people should know before coming in to eat here...
