Today it was horrible customer service. My husband called to put in our usual order, since we are regular customers. And the Lady who answered was very rude. My husband asked if we can add extra side and before he can finish she cut him off and said no!. Her tone was very rude and she was very unprofessional. He was relating the message to me and she said we are very busy, hang up look and the menu and once you decide call us back. My husband let her know how unprofessional she is and asked to speak with manager. The manager tried to cover for her worker and say well we are pretty busy but what can I help out with. Poor management. You need to own up to your behavior and how your worker treated a customer and make sure that this situation does not occur again. Although they may have been busy each customer should be treated with respect and be taken care of and be willing to answer any questions a customer may have in regards to adding an extra side. This is unacceptable and I hope this matter.can be looked into so this type of experience does.not occur to...

fui ayer miércoles 11/1/2023 en la noche 7:30pm llegue me senté yo solo nadie me recibió hola bienvenido, bueno yo vengo a comer por primera vez!. me trajo el menú el chico un par de banchan que son los bocadillos acompañantes pero le falto el kimchi! yo ya venia con plan de probar un poco de todo y con hambre. pedi el bibimbap sencillo, camarones empanisados, unos fideos gruesos en salsa creo se llama teoboki, y un caldo k4 kimchichigue. bueno para empezar quiero dar una critca constructiva, para que tal vez puedan mejorar porque al parecer hay muchos lugares como este en tijuana. el bibimbap estaba bonita la presentación pero el huevo muy cocinado se paso de tiempo y estava seco y no se desacia facil!, tuve que vatallar para revolverlo con todo! eso fue algo que no, pues quien no save cocinar un 🍳! 🤷🏽‍♂️ también el bibimbap se me hizo extraño que trajera lechuga en vez de repollo? no se cual sea la receta correcta pero se me hizo extraño la consistencia, y lla por último este plato no me gusto mucho el arroz que no estaba rebuelto se sentia que estaba mucho tiempo sentado en la arrozera y se estaba pegando y no se molestaron en revolverlo antes para que cuando lo sirvieran no estuviera en grudos! bueno, el caldo k4 kimchichigue estaba bueno tenia tres trosos de carne de puerco las cebollas bien pero el tofu estaba en pedazos enormes como cuando cortas el queso panela con tus manos que te queda en pedazos no parejos en fin, estaria mejor tomarse el tiempo y cortar el tofu en cuadritos pequeños pero no importa me lo comí así estaba bueno al principio me supo el caldo muy blando sin savor pero mientras se enfriava un poco se fue concentrando todo, yo pienso que no seria nada mal que invirtieran tiempo en concoccionar bien sus caldos con huesos para extraer el umami ya que si le faltaba ese savor excepcional. los camarones empanizados excelente muy buen tamaño y textura, el teoboki bien se me hizo simple pero eficaz en su savor picoso de la salsa, los fideos de buena textura las cebollas, estuvo bueno. me falto disfrutar esta cena con una buena hite o su respectivo soju! pues solo lo pase con te verde. ah y les deje propina a los muchachos para que se...

The pleace is small but the food is so great.

My favorite dish in this place is a Seucas Dopbap (B5) with Moolmandu or Gunmandu.

The seucas dopbap is a dish with crispy shrimp fries, korean rice and dressers (This is a lot like in the dish).

The moolmandy or gunmandu it's so similar in the content but moolmandu is steamed and gunmandy is fried.
