La Cevicheria Oyster Bar Valle — Restaurant in Baja California

We stumbled upon this place while we were exploring Valle de Guadalupe and I don’t think I have ever seen a bigger smile on my husband’s face. He loves ceviche and I adore oysters, we were both really happy at the end of our meal. We did the 6 pc fresh oysters and 6 pc smoked oysters. They were good size and tasty. The fresh oysters were full of juice and had a very interesting soy sauce based juice to add to them. He loved the smoked oysters. We each got a half of a ceviche, I got tropical with fresh mango and he got the Chiltepin. They were huge! We both loved both of them. Nice place, good drinks, but the worst timing on food serving. Ordered food for 10 persons, first we got a pasta after 45 minutes of ordered, then cold servings 45 minutes later and after another hour the tacos service. It's bad, owner is going from one table to another saying hi to everyone instead of getting into the kitchen to get things in order. All young guys in the kitchen running without any guidance and deciding what to serve at their own timings. Food taste is good, but not that good to wait all that time for it.
