Trust me, you will want to remember what I am about to tell you. If only these pictures could talk…it would tell you first about this amazing cocktail: strong espresso, Kahlua, and 43. Rich and sweet, energizing and subtle, absolute perfecto.

This spot is not only serving fantastically crafted cocktails, but the plates they deliver are the best in the region. This time we tried the Grilled Pulpo, Oysters, Sashimi, and Marlin Tostada, and don’t overlook the pineapple salsa. We find ourselves drawn to Eclectico Guadalupe on every trip. The vibe, the food, the people, the music, all flow together as a feast for your mind as the weight of the world leaves your soul.

Our wine group had a wine/food pairing event for 14 people. The owner/host did a great job of welcoming us, talking us through the wine and food and making us comfortable (he even brought out blankets, since it was a cool day.)
