Excellent and inexpensive AUTHENTIC Mexican food. The menu here is geared toward local citizens and not toward expats and tourists. That said, everyone is welcome.

Plan on simple food with great flavor. Marilu's started as a tortillaria and you should make sure you try their tortillas while here. Both the corn and flour varieties are excellent. Try a double burrito of your choice and you won't need another meal for awhile!

The Menudo here is excellent. So are the various stews. They have about the best chilies...
