Finding a piece of plastic glove in your food is not pleasant at all. It’s really disgusting and make you think how the hell they make food. The waiter didn’t even apologize but offered us another plate. We couldn’t eat after that. I asked the food to go and funniest thing is they charge you for every box to go ( no joking) I mean after giving me the food with unpleasant stuff at least you could give me that for free along with the apologies. It was a good place for me in the past, not anymore after this and the employees aren’t even asking if you need anything else in between. Not good...

One of the best seafood joints in Mexicali. Make sure you order the large cóctel campechano; it comes with abulon, oyster shrimp, clam, octopus and the mule kicker (pata de mula). The ceviche tostada de camarón is awesome as well. Inside dining with strict covid rules was available, but we decided to take the drive thru. It's a good idea to call ahead and order 30 minutes before to avoid the wait time for your food, because everything is served fresh. Prices are moderate at about ten bucks per person.

One star short because of the wait time, overall...

Tomé la decisión de acudir a este restaurante porque acabo de obtener la tarjeta de descuentos en línea SE TURISTA EN TU ESTADO, misma que emite la Secretaria de Turismo de Baja California en el cual supuestamente este lugar otorgaba el 10% de descuento en el consumo total, pues resulta que dicho negocio NO respetó el convenio, argumentando que no estaban "habilitados" para dar ese descuento. Además que los alimentos no están tan deliciosos como había pensado, al final pagué la cuenta. El problema fué para que me facturaran: Prácticamente les tuve que rogar, enviar varios WhatsApp, les marqué a los números que aparecen en una tarjetita que me dieron para cualquier cosa, resulta que sus dos números los tienen CORTADOS POR FALTA DE PAGO y en el WhatsApp solo te dejan en visto sin darte respuesta. Tuve que entrar a su página de Facebook para ver si había manera de enviarles un correo y ahí lo encontré por lo que en ese medio por fin me dieron respuesta. De nada me sirvió porque la factura me la hicieron mal, el desglose estaba incorrecto, les pedí la corrección de la factura y la persona inútil que tienen atendiendo a los clientes no tiene ni la más mínima idea de lo que hace en ese puesto, solo se limitó a decirme que la factura estaba bien y que ella no podía hacer nada al respecto. Por todo lo anterior, primera y ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE ACUDO A ESTE NEGOCIO. Quedé súper...
