Pan y Mantequilla cafe — Restaurant in Baja California

We came here on a Saturday around the time they opened. To start with, the location is easy to find and service was great. As far as the options and availability of bread goes, they had very few options. The bread options in person looked nothing like the ones advertised in social media (instagram). We came to try the cronuts but they had none available. They did say their nutella cronut would be ready in an hour but we weren't going to wait that long. We ended up spending $600 pesos for 7 bake items and 2 coffees (around $40 dollars). The brownie was not a brownie, it tasted like mediocre chocolate cake. As far as the cinnamon rolls, we ordered two dulce de leche, 1 walnut and 1 mazapan. All the cinnamon rolls were underwhelming and lacking in flavor. Also, the only difference between the flavors was only the drizzle on top. We also ordered a chocolate croissant and a fruits and cheesecake croissant, they were both very tasty. Overall I would not recommend this place, it's quite expensive which you expect for specialty bread but unfortunately it's not worth the price since the bread is nothing special. It has good variety of coffees and breads The breads are good size to accompany the coffee, having a good flavor. The coffee with very good flavor and a good size, having hot and cold coffees for any time.

They have excellent service as they assist you very fast. They are very gentle while they serve you, they give you recommendations of what they sell, they give you a good image of the place, having good communication...

The pastries and coffee were delicious, I got there about 1pm and they did have a line out the door, not too bad about 15 minutes. We ordered a couple of lattes which were very good, and assorted pastries. Unfortunately they sold the last of the guava rolls to the person in front of me. So I will have to return to try it out.
