First and for most. The most worst place me and my family have stayed at for 2 nights. I can’t understand what is the point of having an overnight / daytime security guard to who his one job is to do is watch the vehicles at all tímese while guests are staying at this hotel. This hotel has a sign posted up on there main entrance that states “ private property” The guy and staff at this hotel did nothing, not an in sorry for this experience, or a discount for this. They showed no remorse nor act of caring.

This 3 star hotel is comfortable & clean. I stayed with my family one night and our experience was pleacent. Do not get fool by the exterior of the building. The interior is descent for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is a complete breakfast not just continental and it is good quality. Giving 5 stars due to this hotel met my expectations for a 3 star hotel. PS. They have security to watch your vehicle.

No es la mejor opción, hay muchísimos hoteles por la zona, no todos salen en Google Maps o en Booking, pero sí que vale la pena buscarle mejor y alejarse de aquí. 👎🏽 La habitación recibe todo el ruido de la Vía Rápida y la insonorización es insuficiente, vas a dormir, pero no vas a descansar. O vas a dormir, pero te vas a despertar a cada rato por el ruido. 👎🏽 El desayuno es otro de los "atractivos" es un desayuno del que te sirven en la cárcel, te sirven medio huevo, dos cucharadas de frijoles, un poco de chilaquiles y muchas tortillas para que te llenes. Si pides una segunda taza de café, te la traen calientísima a 100°C para que te quemes el hocico y no pidas más. Se supone que el comedor abre 7:00 am pero frecuentemente abren 10 minutos tarde, entonces si tienes que ir a trabajar, olvídate de llegar temprano. ¿Botella de agua de cortesía? No hay de eso, olvídalo, ni siquiera eso te pueden dar. A fuerza tienes que comprarla y te la dan carísima. ¿Tienda cercana para comprar algo de cenar? Hay que caminar 45 minutos para llegar a "tienda el Florido" 👎🏽 ¿Quejas al Gerente? No contesta, le vale madre. 👎🏽 No lo recomiendo.

WE GOT ROBBED!!!!!!! Rooms were clean and it was pretty cheap but the security gard told us at night that he would chek the cars in the parking lot and that nothing would happend as we were planning on taking are stuff in the room with us because the hotel is in a quite sketchy neighbourhood. In the morning we went to eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant; food is really good by the way, but then a new gard, Adrian, came to see us inside to let us know that my dog had escape the car (i didnt wanted her to stay in the room by herself) ...Somebody broke into the car in the middle of daylight while the LITTLE parking lot was suposed to be safe. Then the not so nice employees who were working there wouldnt call the police nor chek the cameras for us. I had to find the police my self and i was kindly told that this is how it works in mexico and that robbers pay gards to let them steal. Becarful if you ever go there and dont...

DANGER!!!Front Desk Work With Extortionists..This Is My Experience The Front Desk Lady Call The Room Then Told Me There Was An Operative Going On Then Pass Me To A Cartel Member Claiming They Were Checking For People.They Claim They Had The Hotel Under There Control And Then Claim Not To Come Out..Long Story Short Me And My Wife Were Really Scared..Until I Was Brave To Poke My Head Out The Door And Saw Nothing Was Going On..Went To Front Desk They Claimed Its Was Nothing To Worry About Ignoring The Fact That She Was An Accomplice Deny To Give Me Back My Money For The Remaining Days..Don't Waste Your Time With Calling The Cops I Did They Said They Couldn't Do Anything And I Could Either Come Back Another To Claim My Money Like I Would Want To Set Myself Up For Something To Me....The Girl Wasn't There Anymore Supposedly She Was Gone Front Desk And The Manager Didn't Help Don't Come Be Safe There Better Hotels...
