Pollo Asil — Restaurant in Baja California

We are regular costumers here, we go here from the center of Rosarito passing an other Pollo Asil on our way. The chicken here is bigger. So far so good! However today we picked up our order of 16 pieces of chicken only to get home and half way true our dinner find out that the chicken is not fully cooked. After calling we were notified that we had to drive back with the chicken to proof that it was not fully cooked. To get either a refund or replacement chicken. We whent for the refound, since our hunger was gone by that time. The refound would only be for half of our money since we didn't bring back all the half eaten pieces. Before we found out that it wasn't cooked well.. I guess I have to pay for the piece that are now...

This restaurant is part of a franchise of char-broiled chicken. You can ask to get it juicy, medium or highly cooled (I like this last option because all of the charcoal really simmers in). The place inside has a lot of room for families to dine in and what I really love is that they have an area for children to play in. They take your order in quick and the prices are very good for an entire chicken. And they'll give you a number and they'll go to your car when they have your order ready.
