If you like real homage Mexican food this is the spot to eat breakfast . We ordered desayuno a la cabaña it had 2 eggs ( to your liking) we had them over easy, it had cecina (salted thin beef steak, taste really good) , chilaquiles not spicy (we added the house salsa a combination of Chile Serrano, habanero, Chile cascabel added the perfect spicy mess that we love because we are Mexican without slickness it’s not 💯 delicious) the chilaquiles is basically tortilla chips, with a tomato sauce drizzled on top with sour cream and queso cotija and very little onion there’s also the mole chilaquiles is the same thing but instead of tomato sauce it’s mole. It also came with 1 plátano macho which is good if you like it but to me the texture i prefer it fried and crispy it was a little soggy (just not my liking) it’s a sweet banana cooked. It’s also served with homemade beans. Every portion of what is served is small but the whole meal together is just right. The drinks I would recommend to try them we got different types of drinks and some my kids liked and some I didn’t like . So I’m glad we got 1 different drinks to try and ordered more , of the ones we liked. The home made orange juice and the fresh lemonade was delicious. I be liked more the fresh orange juice but everyone has different taste so I just hope you try and if you like spicy like us, don’t forget to ask for the salsa. Enjoy!
