Sazon de Silvia's — Restaurant in Baja California

This is an affordable neighborhood favorite tucked away in the "Los Arcos" area of San Felipe (East of Calimax market a couple of miles) - the clientele are almost all Mexicans and very, very few Gringos. Incredibly quaint atmosphere - the dining room is tiny with just four or five tables. Local tip:) In small restaurants such as this it is very common and polite to say "Buen provecho" (enjoy your meal) in greeting the other patrons if they are already eating their meal. Great place to practice your Spanish because there is very little English spoken here. Husband and wife owned - homestyle and delicious. Best Chile Rellenos in San Felipe in our opinion, and we've tried most of the out-of-the-way restaurants. Also notable are the Enchiladas Verdes, Tostadas, and the wide variety of meat choices.
