I have to change my rating from last times post. At first, I gave a total 5 star rating but as of the end of April, things changed. First of all, the food is awesome, during the day. The service is wonderful, during the day and in general, the experience is very different from day than evening. Funny, I never thought I'd have to come back and ever have to make a rating change for the any previous place that I had a good experience with. I visited this place twice as I was visiting. During the afternoon I found that the waitress was very kind and she smiled a lot and overall very supportive about one order that was incorrect, and nobody complained about the mistake or having to correct it such as the restaurant and employees. I was appreciative. I enjoyed the day 😊! The food was great 👍, delicious 😋! I love how the meat was chopped and seasoned. There was no fat I could chew on and this is just how I can enjoy my food! I love these tacos with the cheese, sort of like a quesadilla but of course, they're tacos, sort of speak. That's my problem, I just keep forgetting what they call these tacos! Night has arrived on another day and now my family and I are hungry. We go to Tacos Puebla again and we get a young man that night who will be our waiter (sadly). As I kept describing the taco I wanted, he was the first to NOT know what the name of it was. We kept trying to help each other until he described what sounded what it was and he was writing and called it its name. I trusted he understood which taco I was referring to. My son ordered a burrito. Okay, the waiter comes back quickly with our food. The taco is not anything that I wanted or could eat; it was too big or long sized, and I couldn't even probably pick it up or how? I apologized while he tried correcting what his description was, but his interpretation was not at all anything near what I tried requesting, compared to all the other many times, yes, many. So, he took the plate after he finally figured out what I wanted and it didn't even take him 1 minute to know what it was I wanted 😳. Then he returned with my son's burrito BUT it was 2 small burritos! My son looked at his plate and had a confused facial expression and said, "This isn't mine." Now my 35 year old son would know better. When the waiter came back with mine, we informed him about the wrong order and there were 2 small burritos. He got upset and argued that it was was what was asked for. My husband told him that the picture describes a big burrito and not 2 little ones. The waiter just continued arguing with us as he was against us! Regardless of being in Mexico, requested a different waiter and the manager. It was like he refused to bring us another person and a manager. I was so upset that this complicated individual caused me anxiety and stress. I am disabled and used a damn portable oxygen device, and you think people would be polite and careful about others and their own behavior, but they are desperate for work yet they tend to have a lack of education when it comes to working with people. Finally, after he walks away and then comes back with another waiter, he pointed to our table and says out loud in front of the customers to be careful with the "war." He laughed and walked away as all the nosey customers stare. No doubt, my anxiety was taking over my breathing and I knew nobody cared. I was in another country and I knew that I made no difference to anyone. I felt bad energy around me and I tried to describe everything from the food to the rude waiter to the new waiter and what could he do besides apologize? My night was messy and not pleasant at all. I was disappointed about the humility and disrespect I received and I honestly felt discriminated even though I am a Latina and disabled individual. I don't expect the world to bow to me and fall on their knees for me. I do hope that I can sit, walk or visit places and be respected by others and understood with passion and patience. The manager apologized and agreed about the rude employee. Don't visit in the night! As a result, I...
Read moreI've been coming to this place quite regularly over the last 3 years. It is a place not for tourists but for locals or, Americans like me, that love a good taco and know where to find it. They have a selection of four types of meats for the tacos they serve including carne asada, chorizo, and al pastor. They also serve tortas, quesadillas, potatoes and all of them can be served with the different types of meats or simply without meat. They also have a large selection of aguas, smoothies, shakes, and ice cream. Their facilities as far as bathrooms are concerned are basic but usually very clean. My family loves coming here because we are known as regulars and the staff here knows what we like and usually has our food waiting for us even before we get to the counter. If you are adventurous, are willing to go into the local neighborhood, and partake in local street food, then this is your place to go if you're ever in Tijuana they are located in la Colonia libertad. They only...

Its very packed because it seems to be near a maim street but still it is very good and worth the wait. Even when im not that hungry I pass by. The parking guy is also great and friendly. Easily gets 5 star for the Staff being attentive aswell.
