Troika — Restaurant in Baja California

The food here is a revelation. Shared 4 small plates with my BF for lunch, each one better than the next: the roasted cabbage was our absolute favorite (sits on a nice thick smear of the smoothest, lightest pureed cauliflower ever), followed by the focaccia bites (piled high with a ricotta-like cheese of my dreams, plus a bit of dry sausage and an anchovy), but don't sleep on the Spanish tortilla with shrimp, nor the tostada. This was more than enough food for midday after a wine tasting, and it was all spectacular. BELIEVE THE HYPE....

What a fantastic lunch and all around experience at Trioka food truck! Again, we ventured out and tried dishes we might to usually try. So happy we did. We had the Sikil Pak (a favorite of ours), the Tostada de Jurel, Camerones Brasa, and the Arroz Meloso. Each one better than the next! Not o mention the view and ice cold beer!...

Food was fantastic, as was the service. We got the sikil pak, tortilla vaga with shrimp (pictured) & oxtail crepa. Highly recommend all three. Each dish was unique, light & full of flavors that complemented...
