I am a loyal Sweet and Fit customer and have been to all the locations in Guadalajara and I'm surprised that being the Bugambilias location, it's the one with the worst customer service 😔

All locations have great customer service except this one (which I've been to 3 times in 2 weeks due to proximity). Everyone that I was with agreed that the food is great as usual, but the staff is very careless. They literally have answered with "I don't know" when asked questions about the food (due to dietary needs) instead of answering something like, "I don't know, but let me find out for you" + us having to go up to the register to order more due to them being more interested in their conversations vs the customer.

One day, we decided to go about an hour or more before closure and usually when I arrive to a restaurant close to closing time, the staff is very good about letting me know (politely) when the kitchen is closing. In this case, they never mentioned it and they started mopping under our table without saying "excuse me" and then they closed one of the slide down doors and started closing the other one without telling us anything. Even when we got up to leave since we felt uncomfortable (keep in mind, it was not closing time yet), they didn't bother to say "thank you," "goodbye" or anything...

Yesterday, my aunt went and tried an item that I recommended (with tuna) and she ended up getting sick by it and has been home all day due to the lack of attention to the way the menu item was prepared. I hate to say to this, but I am disappointed with this location only because of its customer service by the male employees (I think this is the first time I leave a bad review in...

An amazing restaurant with a fantastic variety of vegan options!!😍😍 While it’s not fully vegan, many dishes can be customized, like the mollete I ordered with soy chorizo and no cheese. The bolillo (bread) is already vegan, which was a great surprise. They also offer an impressive selection of vegan desserts from example the donut 🍩 and chocolate cheesecake are vegan, while the strawberry white one wasn’t🍰, but that was perfect for my father.

They provide so many substitutions for meat or dairy, including almond and coconut milk for smoothies or coffee😋. The store is spotless, including the bathrooms and tables, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. This place is a true gem for both locals and visitors. After visiting three times, it has quickly become my go-to spot whenever I can💪
