Avoid! Unfortunately I didn’t learn from other’s mistakes in ordering Otto Taco. Many many times they get things wrong. Search reviews, it’s a repeat problem with them. They will serve you what you did not order and tell you “this is what you get”. You will rarely get what you order at this place. It’s sad serve. This time they blamed their mistakes on me, saying I ordered something different. I know how to order pollo a la plancha y dos ensaladas. Regardless my husband (Spanish is his first language) was right next to me, and the order was very clear, the man even repeated my order clearly. I ordered two salads, and pollo a la plancha. Yet we only received one salad in a very small container and milanesas de pollo caked with greasy cheese. Otto Taco charged us for the cheese covered greasy milanesas de pollo and two salads yet refuse to replace it with the pollo a la plancha we ordered and they would not give us the second salad that we paid for. The man actually tried to say that I didn’t know Spanish... so why repeat my order back to me correctly? Why charge me for two salads but only give us one? My husband, there the whole time, stated politely that I clearly asked for pollo a la plancha and the man responded that pollo a la plancha comes with two sides of our choice. So he knew we were ordering pollo a la plancha. Will be the last order they receive from us. Sad service. Charged for food we never received. We remained polite, but felt it necessary to place this review so that others are aware of how they treat customers. Thankfully Coco Café is near and has incredible salads, and we’ve never experienced any issues there. No more disservice nonsense of Otto Taco for us. Simply the best tacos in town. Did I say tacos? Menu has lots of different options, keeping the great tacos quality, meaning that, regardless of what you crave for, there's something to feed you body and nourish yourself with joy. Enchiladas, seafood, tortas, etc. My favorite, tacos de lengua, carnaza, pastor and asada. If you like hot sauce, Otto taco has one of the best tasting really hot sauce for you. We've eaten here twice and ordered online once. The tacos, the food is well made, quality, with a touch of home. Their milanesas tonight we're excellent. Both the beef and chicken. It's nice too to see full families, all ages, enjoyng lunch, dinner and, we haven't been here on breakfast, time. The waiters are young and well trained professionals, courteous....
