Recommendation from local in Mérida. A bit out of the way, but worth it, and you can visit Fort San Miguel before for some culture and views. You can take either colectivo, taxi, or even walk here (long walk). Lovely, quiet setting by the sea, and you may have the choice of sitting in the restaurant and pier huts. Mal atención en recibimiento no están pendiente de quienes llegan y tienen cadena para pasar, solo de lejos se asomó una Sra de barra o cocina que se yo porqué ni siquiera tuvo la amabilidad de acercarse o llamar al que debería estar y tuvimos que decirle que ya teníamos reserva y nos dijo que fuéramos por la otra entrada en fin como pudimos entramos y ya adentro localizamos a la que reservó nos manda a unas palapas que están separadas y nos dice cual, ya casi sentados, el @#$% mesero nos mueve a otra palapa nada más por sus polainas y su terquedad, lenhicimos caso porque veníamos de paso y teníamos hambre y hace años habíamos visitado este lugar y quería repetir un platillo que en presentación esta bien al igual que el sabor, pero después de lo pasado definitivamente no volveremos, aparte de lo descuidado del lugar y el no estar atento a quienes llegan dan mucho que desear.
