Florentina Pizzas — Restaurant in Chiapas

I didn't like it at all. First, nearly everywhere smelt either of toilet product, or of trash. Then, there were plenty of staff of I was the only client, but it still took half an hour to prepare my pizza. Then, about the food. The dough is tasteless, the texture isn't nice. The cheese is of very low quality, there isn't enough tomato sauce, and it felt cheap overall. Expensive for what it is. And to finish, no one will ask you if you liked it, but they will make sure they mention three times the fact that service isn't included on the bill. When I said I would give the tip separately, they still went on and gave me back my change minus 10% service charge. Honestly...

Nicely decorated large space in an inner courtyard, not very visible from the street. Pizza was ok, not great. Music was nice until the musician came, had a good voice but was far too loud, could not discuss anymore. It was really annoying. Excelente en cuanto a la atención del servicio de meseros. Pizza: buen sabor, podrían poner en la carta la elección del queso no a todos nos gusta el queso de cabra o nos hace daño.

Detalles: la música del saxofonista muy alta no permite escuchar la conversación de las personas con la que estas en la mesa y no tiene sentido lo que toca es como si estuviera aprendiendo a tocar el sax y es molesto, pedimos unos "congas" y lo que se sentía del jugo de naranja sabia horrible como a podrido deberían mejorar la marca de jugos que utilizan o probarlos un poco antes de servirlos.

Sugerencia para el servicio en los baños de mujeres podrian poner algo para dejar en un mejor espacio el papel higiénico y la tapa de uso infantil porque da mal aspecto que todo esté sobre el registro de la taza o tener una persona encargada en el area que esté pendiente de...
