Frontera Sur — Restaurant in Chiapas

What an awesome place this is. I'm a huge fan of burgers and this one did not disappointed. I order the shrimp burger since I felt like trying something a bit different (I usually order "meat-only" burguers) and it was really good. I liked the smokey flavor of the shrimp. I read that some other burgers are not that great but I haven't tried them

Now, my GF ordered the chicken wings a month ago and she said they were bigger and more flavorful (the ones from the photo are recent). These ones as you can see are pretty small and they were a bit salty which made the flavor of the dipping sauce not great. We asked the waitress about it and she said that it's getting difficult to get good chicken wings nowadays with the pandemic, so maybe the next time you get there you have better luck.

We had the "agua del día" for drinking. This time they had "limon con pepino" (lime with cucumber) and "nanche" (or "Nance" which is a pretty local tiny fruit). Both were refreshing.

Regarding the place, it looks nice and the only 10 tables they have are at a well distance from each other.

I definitely can recommend this place. Good shrimp...

Deliciosas hamburguesas totalmente diferentes a las que habías degustado, ej. Con camarones y si respectivo aderezo, pide la carta. Excelente servicio y trato. Puedes degustar ahí mismo tu platillo o pedirlo para llevar. Muy Buenos paquetes y precios. Hay pagos con tarjeta de crédito. Inconveniente, no hay estacionamiento, debes de buscar en la calle y ojo por que hay mucho trafico...

Me resultó grato volver al lugar después de un largo tiempo. He encontrado diferencias, hay más personal, servicio rápido y muy buen sabor. Recomiendo mucho las alitas habanero y el guacamole lo mismo que la jarra de clericot aunque es pequeña tiene un sabor destacado. Como detalle, no quisieron cambiar el agua de día por un aderezo y las alitas las sirvieron frías....
