Who knows that this little eatery has better pasta then any fancy Italian places we have in Guadalajara?
Our HomeExchange host, who was an Italian, claimed that this is the best pizza in town and highly recommend we give it a try.
We ordered 3 things, primavera pizza, spaghetti al ragú and this nabo greens. Also two non alcoholic drinks.
Pizza was really good, the dough is. Chewy and with nice texture, but the star is our pasta! Simple yet done right, the pasta is just al Dante and the ragú felt like it’s cooked in with pasta so the whole dish is very balanced, flavorful yet pretty light. The nabo green is quite interesting, I am not sure if it’s the daikon green that I had in mind, probably a different kind of turnips.
