Applebee's Campos Eliseos — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Came in on a Sunday, at around 5pm. Restaurant was have empty, (so I thought service would be quick) I waited 50 mins for our food to be serviced, during the 50 mins of waiting our waitress didn't check on us one time. When they finally brought our food out the missed one of my Son's plates so we had to wait another 5 mins. There was only a total of 6 people. Needless to say customer service was not very good and it takes for ever to get you food and when we did half the food was cold and the boneless wings were way over cooked and very dry. I really like this location because it is different from others Applebee's. The structure and the accommodation allows it to not feel it crowded and the social distance is well followed. The food taste is great, I would recommend them to pay more attention to the service, our waiter was courteous but, he wasn't coming back to our table too often and we had to ask others...

Visité Applebee’s y, aunque la comida es deliciosa, la experiencia tuvo varios inconvenientes. El lugar estaba abarrotado, lo que provocó tiempos de espera excesivos; tardaron más de 40 minutos entre cada platillo.

Optamos por el buffet All You Can Eat de boneless, dry ribs y riblets, pero el primer platillo llegó incompleto, sin las papas fritas. En la segunda ronda, se equivocaron y trajeron dos órdenes de boneless con un sabor que no habíamos pedido. Además, solicitamos catsup y nunca nos la llevaron.

A pesar de estos detalles, los sabores de las salsas en los boneless y riblets eran exquisitos. El buffet no incluye bebida, pero la limonada natural y mineral tienen refill. Los dry ribs estaban muy ricos, aunque les faltaba alguna salsa para complementar, ya que en la promoción aparecían con un pico de gallo que nunca nos sirvieron.
