Rocco Café Bistro & Bar — Restaurant in Chihuahua

The place is nice, the service is good and the attention too, and if everything looks good why I rated 3 stars. So the situation was there when I arrived everything looked fine and fancy but in the next half of an hour that I started eating, a man came and sat down with his daughter and started treatment in a bad way to the employees everything that the employees did he was not satisfied, looks like that he manage the restaurant maybe was a owner o supervisor but I didn't like the way how he handle the situation, I went there to take a good breakfast not to see how the supervisor yelled to the employees to my perspective the employees were having a good day and they look like that are enjoying his job until this man arrives. The employees are not slaves and the atmosphere turns sad and strange. It was not nice. So my recommendation is if the supervisor needs work and he needs a quiet atmosphere to do that please do that in an office we don't like to see these...

Honestly like the service is just trash we waited an hour and 30 minutes to get food litteraly wasted half of our day the waiters insisted in serving our tortillas late when our food would’ve been cold and bland. We ordered the tortillas at the beginning. It was such a disappointment coming here the service is horrible and I can’t say that enough we should’ve gone to a restaurant that serves lunch because litteraly we left that restaurant after 2 hours and around 30 minutes. It seems like the noodle tacos had a preservative that was oily and distasteful. I had to try it, but if I had to again, would respectfully decline. The chicken salad I had was not all that great either. The chicken tasted straight outta bag with no flavor. I would've appreciated salt, or a suttle smoke flavor. I only tasted dressing . However, the waiter was very polite and hardworking. I can't say I'll ever be back to this...
