Barbacoa El Güero Pilo — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Truly an excellent hidden gem in Juarez, Mexico. The place is nice, clean, and friendly. A local family owned restaurant and a takeout station located outside the restaurant in the opposite side of the street.

The food is most definitely one of the best I have had in Mexico. The meat is flavorful, the juices exploded in your mouth with each bite. This is a taco you have to eat slow to savor the taste to truly be in heaven with each bite. The after taste stays in your mouth with natural fat and oil flavors dancing on your tongue only screaming for more and more.

Thank you for making this food so delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 and affordable. Cash is king, they do accept American $$$$. Most definitely coming back from San Jose to eat here again.
