First I have to say that the service was excellent. I wish more restaurants in Juarez had this kind of service. From the moment your register, because lots of waiting people, till the moment you leave, they are always very polite, attend and efficient. We ordered salad and soup as starters and a pizza and steak for our main course. My daughter was not hungry and just wanted the charcuterie board. We ordered two Italian Raspberry sodas, because the look really good on the menu.🍸 So far so good. The drinks arrived swiftly, however they did not reassemble anything like the photo on the menu 😔. The had two cherries 🍒 and one drink had no fizz😟. We had to return it and ordered and Sangria instead, which was very average. The salad look very good but tasted average. The Tuscan tomato 🍅 soup came served in a bowl made of bread which was a nice touch. The soup was very good and the bread was delicious. After a few spoons of very hot soup, the waiter brought the main course 🙈. I was surprised because we were definitely not ready for the steak and pizza, which would go ❄ cold😭. The waiter mentioned something about the steak needing time to prepare and therefore came a little later🙈, like he wanted to serve the starters along with the main courses. The soup and bowl where very filling 😉 The steak tasted surprisingly good👍👍. The five or six papas cambray kind of looked very sober in my opinion, but then again I am potato lover ❤️. I ordered the steak medium and the short wait did not do too much damage, seasoning was ok but the red wine sauce was way too sweet and could have been reduced more.😔 I give the steak a firm 7/10. The salad was a 7/10. Thw pepperoni pizza was cold by the time we finished our starters and the pizza bottom got soggy 😔 I give the pizza a 4/10, but keep in mind it was cold. The charcuterie board tasted below average. I expected some nice prosciutto, cheese and salami, but it tasted very cheap. I give it a 4/10😭 Now, the home made bread 🥖, was delicious. I give it a 10/10 👏🥇 After the mixed results, we didn't want to risk getting any desserts😔😔 I assume that we just had some bad luck with some...
Read moreMy dad and I went here after I got a dental implant done, so I needed soft food. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the waiter was very friendly, and joked around with us, but did not speak much English (we do speak some Spanish). That's not an issue, but I ordered my salmon to be cooked raro (rare) and the waiter asked if I meant rico (rich) but I kept reiterating "raro". It was probably an unusual request, but that's when salmon is softer, which I need for my mouth. He sent the owner over to clarify the order in English just in case, which was wonderful. She recommended which preparation of salmon would be easiest to cook rare, warned me that the vegetables in the dish were not soft, and let me substitute mashed potatoes. The salmon was cooked perfectly to my specifications, the food was delicious, and my mouth did not suffer! I would absolutely come back here. They went above and beyond to make sure my special needs were met and that we had a...
Read moreDefinitely my favorite Italian restaurant in town, and for me... The best.
We went to dine for our wedding anniversary and my wife loved it, since it's cozy, tiny, delicate and the decorations and the smooth background songs makes you feel out of this city. It really takes you away, like if you were transported to Italy.
And of course, food is delicious, my wife was so pleased and also our baby girl, even she enjoyed a delicious spaghetti and meatballs.
Keep up the good work. And, please keep the inspiration, the flavor and the so good vibe and relaxing environment here.
We'll come...
