Café Cortez — Restaurant in Chihuahua

The staff was nice and the service for ordering was okay and the food was very good but they lack a lot on basic service such as: I called beforehand to ask if they could accommodate 7-8 people and they told me they had 6 people tables but we could take two extra chairs, or sit outside. When we arrived they told us they actually were forbidden to move chairs, and outside there's no shade so we were very uncomfortable, ended up telling the two extra people to not come untill one other left so we could sit inside, but it was very suffocated with probably no air conditioner or windows open, then we wanted to pay separately and they told us we had to do a joint account and pay in full even when only one person was leaving. En definitiva es uno de los cafés más agradables del centro de la ciudad, el personal es amable y tanto las bebidas como los alimentos tienen un muy buen sabor. La música que tocan es excelente y a un nivel moderado de sonido, tiene una decoración peculiar que no se encuentra en otro café. Se puede asistir acompañado o sólo, de cualquier modo siempre se disfruta el lugar, pues puedes jugar juegos de mesa, hacer tarea o ir a disfrutar de una buena lectura.
