Pfff....I asked for a rib eye (entree) and was very specific as to how I wanted it cooked: RARE. I received a very well done steak, nowhere near rare. Sent it back and asked them to please cook it how I had asked. I had a salad and the mac & cheese as sides, so I decided to start eating because a rare steak does not take that long to cook. Weeeeell, lo and behold that it seems it does take a good while to cook because it did not come to the table till after the other person at the table had finished eating and I had finished my sides. I did not get a ton of attitude from the staff but you could tell they were very upset at the fact that I did not want the steak any more at that time. I was eating and holding a conversation so certainly I did not stuff my face trying to finish up quickly, it was a rather calm meal. I do not understand how difficult could it possibly be for a chef to cook a steak RARE and make it in a timely fashion.
