JADE, mariscos, chelas y mas — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Don’t let the outside fool you—this place is a hidden gem. It looks a bit abandoned from the outside, but the full parking lot was a good sign. Inside, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our waiter was great—attentive and friendly.

We started with the double beer michelada “Chakorta”, which was excellent—not overly sour like others that use too much lime. We also ordered the seafood tower “ La Mamalona” based with tuna and topped with breaded shrimp. It was amazing. The flavors came together perfectly, and none of the ingredients seemed like imitation crab or low-quality fillers—everything tasted fresh.

We tried one of the shrimp cocktails, and that was also very good. Then we had the pasta with chicken. The sauce was rich and delicious—kind of like a clam chowder base, but with unique spices and seasoning that really worked.

Most importantly: we left full, satisfied, and feeling great. No stomach issues or regrets. If you’re in Ciudad Juárez for embassy paperwork, I highly recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m...

Hoy visité con mi esposo este lugar que tanto me aparecía en fbk, teníamos antojo de algo de mariscos y decidimos probar este lugar. En general me pareció bien, sin embargo hubo detalles que le quitaron puntos, el menú no está tan extenso pero tiene variedad de platillos que seguro algo se te antoja al pedir las bebidas no tenían cerveza por que según lo que nos explicó el mesero es que el día anterior hubo posada y se acabó 😒, algo que nos pareció pésimo, ya que el restaurante habré a las 12 pm y eran ya las 4 pm y no había beer 🍺… bueno eso no importó y ya estábamos listos para pedir.. en esta ocasión pedí un taco de camarón capeado y mi esposo una tostada de cerco he de camarón ambas entradas muy buenas y las recomiendo… como plato fuerte mi esposo pidió una sopa marinera y le comentaron que ya no tenían pues era el platillo más pedido 😒, lo cual fue otro punto malo … pero bueno en lugar de eso pidió una torre de camarón y yo pedí un plato de camarones mixto 3 camarones fiesta y tres camarones empanizados.. la vdd ambos platillos tenía muy buen sabor y en cantidad suficiente.. aunque la torre para nuestro gusto le falta un poquito más de mariscos. En ese momento llegaron más clientes y uno de ellos pidió cerveza y le llevaron !!! Cuando se supone que no había, al preguntarle al mesero él nos contestó que esa cerveza era del dueño del local y que el otro mesero la sirvió sin haber consultado 😒 algo que nos pareció de mal gusto… en resumen a excepción de estos detalles creo que si regreso para probar otro platillo. Los costos están dentro del promedio, nosotros gastamos aprox 800...

So good! It looks like a hole in the wall kinda place but inside was very clean and the waiter was great! The food was delicious. I got the shrimp tacos which were a bit on the small side and simple but full of flavor. Hubby got the seafood tower thing, can't remember what it's called. Ceviche was chefs kiss. Kids got nuggets smh which were real pieces of chicken breaded and fried, not like McDonald's. Strawberry smoothie was huge and had chamoy....
