Toro Bronco — Restaurant in Chihuahua

We were there this Saturday 7-1-23 and the service and food was awful. We waited almost 30 min just to order drinks but since they took so long to take our drink order we ordered everything at once. There were only 2 couples eating when we arrived and we were a family of 4 so there was a total of 8 people in the restaurant. The other 4 people were already eating so I have no idea what the wait up was. We ordered the: Parillada para 5 personas with beef, chicken and queso fundido. The meat was so tough we couldn't eat it. The chicken was a little better but super Salty. The papas asadas were ok but not great Because mine and my son's were still hard. The agua de Melon was nasty. Not only did they make it with cantaloupe that was nowhere near ripe and blended with tons of the skin still on it that made the drink sour and lumpy. It was only cantaloupe, water and tons of sugar. No sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk or anything. Not only was it obvious by it's appearance but because I saw the lady making it from beginning to end. I knew it was going to be bad since I saw her struggling to cut the catalope because it was super hard and when she didn't even attempt to Peel the skin off. We left all the food. This is a bad spot. I went here with my family after a reunion, and the place is so trashy. The food took an hour to get, and several of these dishes were simply cold already when served to us. However, the most egregious thing about this place is the service. Our waiter was a rat in how he treated our table, as he would only come over when a profit was to be made. Do you want to order a jar of aguas frescas for the table or get your little ones ice cream and toys? He'll be there. Apart from that, he was simply absent and never bothered to do anything else. En otras ocasiones que visitamos el lugar bien pero hoy sábado pésimo servicio y si pudieran opinar otras personas que lo visitaron hoy dirían lo mismo me fije en otros clientes que les paso lo que a nosotros hoy, recibimiento bien por un mesero el más jovencito nos asignó mesa nos llevó las salsitas y tostaditas, otro mesero rápido nos llevó los frjolitos, bien por el pero ya nunca volvieron ni a levantar la orden ni ofrecernos bebidas hasta que le dije al que nos llevó los frijolitos, dijo que le diría al dique mesero que nos correspondía, dicho mesero se veía el de más edad que todos nos llevó la orden de mala gana y si le volvía a pedir agua y algún otra cosita que necesitábamos nos atendía con feos gestos al fin ya pedimos la cuenta y brillaron por llevarnos el cambio y una bolsita que pedí para llevarme lo que nos sobró me levante a la caja a pedirla y mi cambió y la cajera, igual de mal servicio me dijo se lo pidiera al mesero le conteste a cual si ninguno hacia caso y ahí si ya se, acercaron mal experiencia nomas decir el lugar no tenia mucha gente como duele estar en otras ocasiones por último nomas mencionar que el mesero que nos llevó los frijolitos el si hizo su mejor esfuerzo aunque no era nuestro mesero fue el que me proporciono las bebidas y nos...
