Wing Daddy's Monumental — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Staff: They were quick to sit us down but didn't tell us give us menus or tell us we had to download a bar code scanner to download the menu from a QR code that was planted right in the middle of the table with the title "mobile menu" we just connected the dots after that, POINT IS they could have been better with the communication over weither we had to manually ask for menus or were we just supposed to figure out what to do next?

FOOD: The fries were crunchy, nice portion of salt and pepper.

The chicken nachos(meat is extra) were good for the most part but the chicken could have been chopped up a little better to make it spread throughout the bowl of chips and cheese, the portion itself isn't bad! It costed $145 pesos, I say its worth the price just cause of the portion..

The Hogzilla(pulled pork sandwich $160pesos) was alright, the pork was sort of hard in some places, definitely wasn't fresh, they throw a piece of ham on top of the pork which is again alright, doesn't really differ from the ham you'd get at a price chopper meat section, the BBQ sauce wasn't bad at all, it was the right consistency and taste! But the meat could have been fresher and better portioned. The bun was good, had a nice fluffy feel to it and nice choice of bread I want to add aswell.

Why a 3 piece? Because I feel like Wing daddy's could do better! That's all das it, I'll be...

Well, to start off nobody was at the front to greet us and take us to our table. When we finally gave up and decided to just sit at a table ourselves, the waitress ignored us for a long time; not to mention there were multiple waitresses assisting us and each one was confused as to what to do with our order. I told a blonde girl that I would give a 10% tip but she gave herself a 15% without my knowledge until after she swiped my card and gave me the bill to sign. This is utterly disrespectful for this establishment. Also, the food came cold and delayed by over an hour, and the restaurant was almost empty. We will never be going...

Beer is good ( all national brands , good as expected ) . Customer service is really not existant . The waitress don't care about fast service ,reducing the customer effort , etc the lady at the entrance was fast and helpful, the waitress assigned took way too much time to approach the table ( about 10 min) . Didn't provide a physical menu, even when I requested one ( she even rolled her eyes on me ) then boneless ordered took too much time ( she said she had forgotten to request them ) talked to the manager , she was really helpful,service ful and kind .

I think this is due to a lack of training and setting up clear expectations...
