CAFELIA — Restaurant in Cholul

What a great find! A friend of mine recommended we try Cafelia a while back but I hadn’t made the trip to visit until now.

LOVE the vibe of this place. The attention to detail, the plants, the music, the people, the style: simple, minimal & luxe. Clean and design on point! This place is on the level, and feels like a real coffee shop (SF/Seattle vibes)

The food exceeded my expectations. The alfajores taste just like my favorite Argentinian brand Havanna. Plus! A friend of mine started a quest to name the best chilaquiles in Merida…. Hmmm I think this might be it, folks!

Quedé encantada con este lugar! El servicio es muy bueno, la comida llegó bastante rápido. El capuccino moka es de los mejores que he probado, de verdad hasta quería repetir de lo ricooo pero también quería probar otro café así que también pedí el caramel cold brew y ufff super deli! y eso que a mi no me gusta el café sin endulzante, pero ese ni lo necesitaba de lo rico que está! ☕️🧋

El menú es pequeño pero realmente delicioso, yo pedí unos chilaquiles verdes con pollo y sentí que la porción estuvo súper bien, quedé llena y de sabor ni se diga, increíbles. Mi amiga pidió un croque monsieur y me pareció que la porción también se veía bastante grande!

Su estacionamiento es muy pequeño y puede dar un poco de trabajo encontrar lugar pero si llegas temprano puedes estacionar en frente.
