Great customer service and very delicious dishes..with reasonable prices.We have generally enjoyed eating here for many years.. My only concern is if you are there on a warm day the air conditioning leaves a lot to be desired..Can be extremely uncomfortable 🥵

Returned yesterday and mostly all went well. Excellent table service from the waiters.. We had the Bacio steak and arrachera..both were delicious and cooked to perfection.. Salad was very good and the bread seemed to have taken a turn, very dry and a little stale.. nothing like before.. I ordered mashed potatoes instead of baked..my mistake..the mashed came in a cast iron skillet on a wooden base..The butter which had set on the table for 15 minutes before would even melt on top of the potatoes..they weren't at all hot. If you go to this Restaurant do yourself a favor and comment to the servers just exactly how you would like to have your items prepared.. Their customer service was...

Año tras año vamos a celebrar los cumpleaños y eventos empresariales a este lugar, pero esta última ocasión fue la peor experiencia: Llegamos y el mesero no fue ni para presentarse, literalmente nos dijo "buenas", y nos dejó los menús en la mesa. El baño, y con la pena, no sé como escribirlo sin que suene feo, sucio y con aquello flotando, se lo mencioné al mesero al momento, por lo que hubo constancia de ello. Pedimos un bife ancho NY, lo trajeron en un plato, no en un comal o sartén, y con el aire acondicionado se enfrió de inmediato, al momento de probarlo, DURO, a pesar de pedirlo al punto, le pregunté al mesero si eso era normal, y hasta él me dijo que no, no pudimos ni meter el cuchillo de lo duro que estaba, le pedí que me lo retirara. Pedimos dos copas de vino 3V de Casa Madero, el vino estaba al tiempo. Cuando me quejé con quien pensé que era el gerente, que resultó ser el capitán de meseros, tuvo como respuesta que la política del lugar no permitía reemplazarme el corte o eliminarlo de la cuenta, incluso después de mostrarle lo mismo que le mostré al mesero, no podía ni filetearlo. Escalé el tema con el gerente, ahora sí, y fue un momento acalorado, teniendo el corte frente a él, tuve que EXIGIR que me lo cancelaran, y puedo decir que fue bastante rudo. Al final logré la cancelación del corte duro, y al menos el capitán de meseros tuvo la cortesía de disculparse con el cumpleañero al que celebrábamos. Terminamos comiendo la lechuga que te dan como ensalada, y algo del medianamente rescatable choriqueso que pedimos de entrada, y con un cumpleaños arruinado.

Tantas buenas experiencias año tras año por más de 8 años, para que al final un gerente te grite que te van a cobrar el pastel de cortesía, carne dura, meseros que te reciben con "buenas", y falta de soluciones ante la queja de un mal producto.

The streak here is unbelievably delicious and super soft. I wish I could eat here every day. For $41 CDN you get 1kg of amazing steak accompanied by salad and cooked mushrooms. The salad and bread at the start are also amazingn. The provolone cheese dish with asparagus and red peppers was very nice too. Also the atmosphere is very elegant and dim lit but not too dim. If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this once for an amazing meal with great friends in a great atmosphere. I will definitely...
