We came here to celebrate my cousin's birthday. We took a table that was empty but where the air conditioning was blasting us so it was a bit uncomfortable but we had everyone seated. We ordered and my cousin ordered tostadas with shrimp. I ordered a shrimp plate and it was delicious. Washed it down with lemonade. My cousin's son had something that I cannot remember but he liked it because his plate was clean. And my cousin's daughter also ordered the shrimp tostadas. And burgers and fries for the little boy. Según la sucursal. Hemos ido a Francisco Sarabia y muy bien, solo que hay ocasiones que tienen bastante gente al medio día y dejan descolgado el teléfono 📱 cuando hablamos para pasar a recogerlo. Tenemos que ir y esperarlos en vez de solo recogerlos. A mi gusto la comida no estaba muy buena. Se pidió una bebida michelada pero no sabia a nada, desabrida, por lo que se pidió agregar clamato para ver si mejoraba pero no. Tambien el servicio era algo lento, algunos platos tardaron mucho en llegar siendo que no habia tanta gente en el lugar y no traian lo que se pidió (en el caso de los tacos).

Lo peor de todo fue que nos obligaron a pagar un minimo de 10% de propina disfrazado de "servicio". Creo que esto amerita una denuncia en la Profeco puesto a que no nos negamos a dejar propina pero que te impongan un minimo obligatorio, cuando esto es...
