La Tostada y la Guayaba — Restaurant in Colima

This is an interesting place in Colima, part of a local trend that's looking for to offer seafood in a more interesting and/or sophisticated presentations and recipes. I had the special seafood toast which was really good and the portion was decent, the price I also thought was ok. I also had the Michi taco which was Oki but it didn't leave a lasting impression in order for me to remember if there was something special about it. The dessert however was a Big disappointment, the description of the chocolate browny in the menu make it sound like absolutely delicious, but it was not good enough. Absolutely fantastic seafood. Only discovered this place on my last day, but can't wait to get back. The ceviche we shared as an appetizer was great, some items raw, others cooked, delicious. The tostadas were amazing, too, and so were the grilled shrimps as a main. They also have a nice selection of artisan beers.
