Los Candiles — Restaurant in Colima

Definitely one of the worst restaurants I have ever been. Food quality is below average, but pricy and slow service. The enfrijoladas had no taste, esparragus soup too salty. Ordered cocktail campechano and brought shrimp cocktail instead. I told the waitress, she took it away to "fix it", so they added the octopus but removed some shrimps. The flan tasted like fridge as probably has been there for too long. On top, they don't take cards, so I had to go to some ATM to get cash, pay a transaction fee, and my companion had to wait at the restaurant. I regret not reading the other comments here...

The experience overall was HORRENDOUS!!! To start off, the service is pathetic, to say the least. The food is disgusting! I ordered a coffee and I couldn't drink it. I was ordering for my kids and when I asked if they had waffles she looked at me like I was stupid. She offered my husband a "deal" of 3 beers for the price of 2, so she brought him a beer; however, she never brought him the other 2 but she did ADD IT TO THE TAB . We were here two weeks ago on vacation and went here because of the five star reviews. I'm going to try and save someone else the trouble. It started off good, i ordered the orange juice and it was so fresh and delicious. Then we waited over an hour for our simple chicken tacos. Which fell apart and were almost inedible. We asked for sauces several times and she said she was getting them and never brought...
