Once again like I said on Tripadvisor, this restaurant has the high quality on service, my rate for this place is a #1,. Then the place, the atmosphere, the piano guy is amazing...
Ok let's talk about the Sous Chef, this guy is only 26 years old, he keep on surprising us all night, the presentation, the taste, the quality on the ingredients all amazing...this young talented guys came to our table after we finished our dinning experience, he is so humble, clean and educated, the guys is a gem a diamond for this resort, I have never seen in my entire experience of culinary art carrier a some one like him, I was a executive Chef for 20 years and I have never bee lucky to have someone to work with like him.
To chef Jose: thank you so much for for that Romantic dinner for my wife, she was so happy, impressed and she never stop talking about her experience. From Chef Jose to a Chef Jose, thank you and I salute you, your food was simply beautiful, tasty well balanced the presentation is amazing..

My wife ordered a filet of pescado which was tough and tasteless. Not happy.
I had the New York steak. It was thin and salty, but at least it was medium rare, the way I like it. The vegetables were assorted: mushrooms, yellow baby carrots, and asparagus. The Carrots were under cooked.
It was not a busy night but the service was generally slow. We Waited 50 minutes for the main dish and when we finished the waiter never came back to ask for our desert order, so we skipped it.

La reservación se hizo para las 8:30 y te dan maximo 5 min de tolerancia.. llegamos justo a tiempo y con amenaza que si no hubiéramos llegado no nos permitían el acceso por que perdimos la reserva, el restaurante tenía una capacidad de 1/3 no estaban llenos.
Tienen la experiencia en 3 tiempos entrada, plató fuerte y postre

La carne estaba buena y en buen término y estaba suave, los acompañamientos estaban la verdad muy malos, eran espárragos y puré de papá estaba seco y sin sabor.
De entrada pedí una ensalada César y la presentación fue una lechuga bañada en queso parmesani y aderezo caesar con sabor a pescado
Postre un cannoli seco, sin sabor y duro que la verdad hasta mal sabor de boca a me dejo
Una experiencia para nada recomendable si la pueden evitar háganlo mucho tiempo de espera para...
