SOMA Burger Co. — Restaurant in Colima

Last night I had cravings for a burger and the family suggested I go try one at Soma, as they have gone there severaltimes. So we did, there were 8 people in our group and most all ordered La Norteña burger and obviously since it was my first time there I had to try it myself. The service was excellent!, the two people tending the service were very fast and knowledgeable but most importantly friendly. I was delighted by going with La Norteña burger, it was cooked just right and it also had a touch of homemade burger. Clásico lugar donde la comida es deliciosa pero el servicio es deficiente. Acabo de ir con mis amigos y fue todo un show desde el inicio.

Nos llevaron el menú y los meseros nunca volvieron, entiendo que nos quieran dejar elegir lo que vamos a pedir pero ya 10-15 minutos creo yo que es demasiado. Pero bueno, nosotros tuvimos que levantar la mano y pedir que vinieran.

Pedimos las bebidas solamente en ese momento porque estábamos esperando a alguien más. Llevaron 3 de 5 bebidas y ya que pasaron 10 minutos de que no nos traían las 2 cervezas que faltaban se me hizo mucho tiempo y volví a levantar la mano para recordarles de 2 cervezas más.

Para este punto ya pedimos de cenar y algo que no me gusta de Soma es que las hamburguesas no vengan con opción de papas incluidas. De ahí en más las hamburguesas clásicas y papas gajo estaban muy buenas. A las papas a la francesa les faltaba sal nada más.

Ya para finalizar, pedimos la cuenta y sí nos la trajeron, pero de nuevo, levantamos la mano para que nos vinieran a cobrar. De nuevo entiendo que te den tiempo para hacer cuentas, pero ya otros 15 minutos fue mucho.

Ojo que no es la primera vez que voy, he ido otras ocaciones a distintas horas y es lo mismo.

En resumen, recomiendo mucho la comida, pero sí les falta mejorar...
