I do not expect fantastic service, I just expect service. We received none here. Once we got our initial drinks order, the waiter disappeared for a good half an hour. Once we finally got to order, the food took over an hour to come out. We were ignored by the waiter while waiting for our food. We requested water multiple times and never received any. Once the food came, hours later, the waiter disappeared and did not come back for about another half an hour. If he had come back to ask if everything was satisfactory, he would have realized that I had not gotten my dinner. When we asked about it, he had the kitchen slap it together real quick. And I mean SLAP it together. My salad came with no dressing and only half of the toppings listed on the menu. For you to understand how excellent the food is here. I actually bought a round of drinks for the cook staff, I was so impressed. Simply amazing Italian food! The Cooks must be professionally trained. I've never had Italian food this good, even in the States. I have raved about this place to everyone.
