Restaurant Yesi & Grill — Restaurant in Compostela

Excellent in many respects but some disappointment....the setting, ambience, quality of furnishings excellent. A beautiful outcome to renovations, particularly in courtyard. Toilet facilities very modern and very clean. Very good attention to hygiene. Unfortunately, the food and service not quite as good. Ordered beverages then server removed menus before we could order food?? Shrimp undercooked (first one I cut was raw inside). Platter sent back to be cooked further. Tiny portion of sauce accompanied the meal...server not particularly attentive so walked to kitchen to ask for more. No dressing for salad. Margaritas not on beverage menu however server kindly offered to make one. Ingredient ratio needs refining...syrup only for strawberry margarita...smaller glass (tulip shaped wine glass) but price similar to large glass served elsewhere....asked for salt on rim for limon margarita however not done. Not a big deal but another example of not much attention to detail. Will be back to give it one more try some day however not yet confident to...

I fell for this amazing place. It was quaint with 60's photos on the wall and modern with upgrades. The upgrades to the restaurant made this gem pop when you took a look around. The food was phenomenal! The meal required everyone to grab part of their amazing homemade tortillas and wipe their plate so that nothing was left. I ordered the chicken enfrijoladas, wow; 4 come per order, I ate 5. I also ordered the hotcakes with tocino. They were made with love and attention to detail. The hotcakes were very light and airy...

PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!! EL PEOR QUE ME HA TOCADO EN TODO NAYARIT!!!!!!

Contexto: trabajo de forma remota y en TODOS los lugares de comida que he visitado en Nayarit me proporcionan acceso a internet para que pueda trabajar en lo que espero los alimentos. Esto no pasó en restaurante Yesi. Llegué al lugar, elegí mesa y me proporcionaron la carta, en lo que la veía estaba conectando mi compu y le pedí a la mesera llsi podía tener acceso a internet, me dió la clave pero me preguntó que qué consumiría, le dije que mi esposo y yo desayunariamos ahí, ella muy amable me dió la clave y pude conectarme a internet. Estaba viendo la carta y la mesera regresó para decirnos que le pedían que consumiera para que pudiera usar el internet, le pedí un momento para ver la carta, pero ella ya fue muy insistente con que tenía que ordenar algo en ese momento. No pasaron ni cinco minutos y apareció una señora horrible super grosera a exigir que pudiéramos, de nuevo le volví a pedir tiempo para ver la carta, pero ella fue muy insistente y MUY GROSERa. Fue una actitud muy discriminatoria ya que en el lugar había muchos estadounidenses, varios de ellos usando su compu. En conclusión, evitense corajes y mejor vayan al Alohal de al lado, la atención es mas que excelente, no como en Yesi.
