BWW is a sports bar that is really demanding here in Culiacan, because of it re-fill drinks and the great sports vibe, this bar has nearly 30 TVs and it doesn’t matter where are you sitting you’ll have a TV to watch. I've tried BWW in 4 different cities in Mexico (Guadalajara, Monterrey, Aguascalientes, and Culiacan) and so far today's visit is the best one so far in service and food. The chicken wings were so crunchy and tasty, and service took less than 20 minutes to bring them. Last time in Guadalajara, they took more than 45 minutes and the chicken wings were pink... Para quien conoce esta franquicia, su fuerte es la transmisión de deportes y sus alitas, de lo segundo no me queda duda, muy ricas. Esta sucursal en especial, ubicada en Culiacán, rompe con el segmento del deporte. Cada que asisto existe una falla, esta ultima vez no servían los proyectores ni el 50% de las pantallas, estando en ese dia presentes la tranmisión del Clasico y semifinal America-Chivas, la final de conferencia de NBA Nuggets vs Lakers y 1-2 juegos de beisbol de grandes ligas por ahi. Nunca te dan la razón del porque algunas cosas no funcionan, ni mucho menos se acerca el o la gerente o encargad@ a hacerle saber a los clientes que tienen una falla, o algo. En tema de la limpieza, el lugar se siente sucio, no esta sucio como tal pero no se respira limpieza. Y ni hablemos del baño, desde que la sucursal abrió han tenido un problema con el olor a drenaje dentro de este, y nunca lo han solucionado, y ni se diga de la limpieza como tal, ya que al parecer se esmeran poco en tener impecables los baños. Su comida es básica y cara, las alitas y los boneless ricos, pero repito CAROS; pero como comentaba anteriormente, el fuerte de estas franquicias es para asistir y tener en las pantallas todos pero TODOS los deportes EN VIVO posibles, y aquí en Culiacán pocas veces pasa esto.
