Food's good, great in my opinion but last time I went my opinion about the staff changed A LOT. For some reason the waiters and waitresses were like "scolded" we could say, and expressed their anger in costumers. Not only did they took an eternity to give me a table, because it wasn't really full but normally a staff member approaches and tells us what table to sit on but this time no one did, the waiters would only look at us like "oh, I'm only in charge of delivering the food to the table, not to assign a table" and ignored us. When we finally sat in a table, it took another eternity to be attended and when the waiter came closer and asked what the order was I mentioned that I wasn't handled a menu or at least a QR code, To which the waiter replied with an horrible behavior, grabbed my napkins aggressively and even moving our table then left saying no words with an absolutely angered face. When another waitress came with the menu and then asked us what I'll order she mentioned that the estimated time I'll have to wait for my food was for about an hour. A Whole HOur, and it wasn't exact so maybe it would've took more than an hour. Then she asked in a confused tone if the last waiter didn't mention this to me. Of course not, what the heck. I thanked the waitress and told her I was leaving, she said goodbye happily but once I was standing up I turned my face at her to thank her again and she left with an even more angry face than the last waiter, hello?. I don't know, the costumer service was awful then and I don't doubt it might happen again if your waiters and waitress don't know how to work with costumers and emotions, it's not our fault ya'll been scolded so don't take it out on us. Excelente servicio por parte de los los trabajadores de la sucursal, acudí con unos compañeros de mi universidad a que probaran la comida que preparan ahí y valla la sorpresa que nos llevamos al pedir un platillo para compartir (pollo ostión com verduras y brócoli) por cierto delicioso, se preparo exactamente con las indicaciones se pidió, jugoso, bien cocido; el platillo rindió para 3 personas, quedando satisfechamente llenos y además sobró… Pedimos unos postes y valla la sorpresa que nos llevamos, al llevarlos a la mesa nos dimos cuenta que nos dejaron una frase muy linda, una experiencia maravillosa. Tenía más de 1 año sin visitar la sucursal y Me sorprendió mucho lo cambiado que se encuentra, muy acogedor, el servicio excelente, rápido, todos muy amables incluyendo al encargado, sin duda volvería y sin pensarlo seguiría invitando a conocidos a que no se pierdan la oportunidad de visitar taipak quintas!!!!!
