Los Dogos Jardines De La Hacienda — Restaurant in Delegación Josefa Vergara y Hernández

This place is super cute and they have an outside seating area for dogs ...and the Woman who took my order was kind enough to go next door and get me a mineral water when I ordered it. BUT THAT'S WHERE THE POSITIVES END.

I ordered a hot dog and fries and they came out about 10 minutes apart. The hot dog was just a plain old regular hot dog that you give your kids when you don't feel like cooking. Hella basic. The bun was hard and stale feeling...they could have at least toasted it on the grill to make it a bit nicer, but it was just a regular hot dog in a cold, hard bun. The caramelized onions and mushrooms clearly were precooked and just heated up a little bit.

When my fries came out they were practically raw still. They were severely undercooked and just sprinkled with a little seasoning. I didn't eat them at all.

I'm not sure if this place is under a different owner now, or if they are maybe struggling financially and have to cut corners with the quality of their food and who they hire (oh, btw, the teenager who cooked the food and brought me my order CLEARLY didn't want to be there. He just practically threw my food in the table, mumbled something and walked away)...but this food looks NOTHING LIKE the pictures from other reviews!

Late, expensive and insipid. 40 minutes to get your food, the portions are small in comparison with other options, the "dogo" won't have any flavour. Beverage is ok, the place looks incomplete and always like a job on work, definitely not the place to enjoy a such overpriced hot dog.

Sadly I had high expectations with now very bad experiences. Yes we went there...

Esperaba más de estos dogos por los comentarios que leí antes de venir.

Empiezo por la comida, solo probé los dogos que había porque los que quería Chili dogo y chillibean dogo ya no tenían. El concepto de la barra de aditamentos muy buena idea pero la barra súper descuidada, sin refilar, las botellas apachurrables de mayonesa, Ketchup, y mostaza se ve que nunca limpian las boquillas porque no sale bien.

El servicio da mucho que desear, el mesero de lentes un chico simpático pero cero atento, parece que no hay algún encargado o simplemente no les importa atender. Se la paso en la plancha con el cocinero y una chica echando el chisme y comiendo, pedí que limpiara la mesa y trajo el trapo más sucio y seco para limpiar la mesa, que en su opinión la mesa si estaba limpia, pero tenía boronas de pan… no sé si es algo generacional pero siempre que son chavos para atender, en su mayoría nos les importa su trabajo. Solo quieren pasarla bien sin esfuerzo.

En resumen, los 2 dogos que probé estaban casi igual que en el gomart, y aunque son de un precio ok, no...
