Pampas Centro Sur — Restaurant in Delegación Josefa Vergara y Hernández

This is not my first time here, I came because the last time I was here the service was ok. But today the service was really bad, we took almost 10 minutes until the waiters captain noticed that we didn’t have somebody assigned to our table, then , the waiter wasn’t paying attention to us, he was behaving like he had to work because he had no other option, once I ordered something or saying thanks he never reply back. Just a very basic manners that any person should have. And just at the end my wife ordered a shrimp cocktail and there was a fly on it, nobody apologized or offered to change the dish. And after all this they set the tip to 10% after he saw all this. Completely unacceptable. If you can stay out this place for special occasions please do. I recommend this place only when is empty. Ps. They don’t have baby changers on the men’s bathroom only on women’s. So if you are a single dad or yo go with your baby without any lady who could help you. Good...

I honestly hate to give bad reviews to places that were so highly recommended by friends. But this place does deserve the bad review. Where do I start? The salad bar is very regular. Not good and you have to be served, you can’t serve yourself the portion you want. Then, we ordered a few appetizers and drinks that took an hour before making it to the table. They were out of a few types of steaks. Then the meat will come very slow, and they will bring only shrimp and chicken. We had to specifically order fillet mignon and picanha and it took at least 10 times of asking before for the picanha even arrived and they brought a few overcooked and dry pieces. Terrible service. They care more about quantity than quality. Sat at the table, waited for 20 minutes for anyone to come by and serve. After complaining about the service the manager did nothing. Waiters kept coming half way down but did not serve per section. The waiters don’t seem to understand the concept of a Brazilian steak house. Kept asking what I would like instead of coming around with different cuts of meat. Terrible...
