As an Italian I feel personally insulted by the "pizza" I ordered. It was a disaster from top to bottom. Awful, tasteless, flat crust, disastrous "tomato" sauce and topping quality one notch above gutter level. The burrata salad actually made me sick. The cheese has clearly gone bad and I knew it but still ate it because I was so damn hungry. Huge mistake. It was delivered by Uber eats so of course it was way late and so the pizza also arrived ice cold which I'm sure did not help. However, given how bad it was hot might have been worse in this instance. I went with 2 stars instead of 1 in light of the fact that the resteraunt can't be blamed for the consistently terrible service...

La Fontana delivers a solid Italian experience in Querétaro. The food was genuinely good — fresh, flavorful, and well-priced. I especially enjoyed the agnollini, which stood out for its texture and balanced filling.

Service was honest and attentive enough, nothing fancy, but it matched the casual vibe of the place. It’s the kind of spot that doesn’t try too hard, but still gets the essentials right.

Fue la segunda visita y honestamente no lo recomiendo en absoluto, digo, aunque llegamos un poco tarde… prefiero que me digan que aunque llegues 10:30 (antes del cierre) NO SE GARANTIZA LA CALIDAD DE LOS ALIMENTOS, porque me dieron mi platillo (SALMÓN) el cual es marisco técnicamente crudo, eso sí muy bien disfrazado, lo tuve que regresar para que cocieran bien y de todas formas un pedazo quedó crudo y obviamente sabía asqueroso.

Uno de mis acompañantes pidió la ensalada Toscana, la cual le añadimos proteína de pollo EL CUAL TAMBIÉN VENÍA CRUDO y por eso adjunto fotos, la regresamos primero porque estaba excesivamente salada h amarga a lo que el staff respondió que era “por la lechuga” y eso que la probaron, pero cabe mencionar que uno no regresa el platillo por quererlos molestar… uno viene a COMER y uno viene con HAMBRE … lo menos que uno quiere es pasar estos malos ratos, pero al parecer no les preocupa que uno tenga que hacerlo.

Lamento no ser una persona que se aguante, pero si uno está PAGANDO por un servicio lo mínimo que espera es calidad, si no, hubiera comido en los tacos, más rico y más barato.

Después de esto obviamente perdieron más de 3 clientes porque no vuelvo a recomendar este lugar.

Y si vienen CHEQUEN LA CALIDAD DE SUS ALIMENTOS Y NO LLEGUEN A LAS 10pm porque te atienden fatal.

PD: Pagamos extra de proteína para no comer ni un solo...
