Hands down best Birria in Ensenada or anywhere else for that matter! Yes, I'm letting the cat out of the bag on this one. For starters, birria is what they do, all they do, and they do it exceptionally well! You have a choice of beef, lamb or goat. Which is rare by any standard, and a delicious life changing mouth watering experience that is a must for birria lovers. Definitivamente el Cora de la calle México en Ensenada es la mejor birria de Baja. La de la calle...
