Chiltepino's Wings — Restaurant in Ensenada

We sat at the bar. The bartender is amazing, helpful, and makes a mean shaken margarita. We ordered medium heat wings. Flavor was good. We missed the blue cheese typically served in the states. A big disappointment was the size of wings. It is like they came off of a starved chicken. Music was all American rock. It felt like they are trying to be like an American sports bar. I've lived near the birthplace of chicken wings in the US. And, other than that the wings are served with ranch, rather the traditional bleu cheese, these chicken wings were very tasty!
