Applebee´s — Restaurant in Guanajuato

We arrived with 80 students we called before so they could be prepared but they said that we didn't confirmed. When they decided to attend us we told them that every student had the freedom and the money for their own order. Obviously to attend 80 people takes time so many students had to wait a long time before to get their food. The amount of food was too little considering the price. Finally when we asked for the bill the waiter put all the orders together.

So my experience was like this: Pros. They could attend a lot of people so we didn't had to look for another place. Cons. 80 people is a lot of money so they should be prepared for something like this if a school is calling you before. Lack of attention of managers and waiters. Too little food considering the price. If you have that amount of money maybe you can look for another place with better attention and more food. I...

We were very disappointed by our experience at this restaurant. Food was average and the service was extremely poor. The staff took more than 40 minutes just to bring beverages we ordered. When our food arrived, we had no silverware, and we had to wait for another 5 minutes for the silverware to arrive. This is unbelievable, considering the processes and quality checks that these places are supposed to undergo . Even after we spoke with the manager, service did not improve. Last, but not least, the restrooms were dirty and the driers did not work. A really bad experience for this...

This is experience: Good: -They have multiple vegeterian options.

Bad: NEVER GO on Sundays. They usually have kid parties and the service is terrible. I had to wait 20 minutes for a refill drink. My waitress never stopped to ask if we wanted something else. The refills drinks are severed in a funny small glass with a lot of ice. There were not that many people, but their service was terrible. We waited for our food around 45minutes. The appetizers came after our meals. We had a kid starving and her food came even later. My daughter ordered Pop Chicken with potatoes. The potatoes were not well cooked. They did not apologize for serving the food late.

The issue probably is that they do not know how to handle private parties with the regular service.

Lo malo: NUnca vayan el Domingo. Por lo regular tienen fiesta de niños y el servicio es pésimo. Nosotros esperamos para que nos volvieran a dar un refresco de refill como 20 minutos. Nuestra mesera nunca preguntó si necesitábamos algo. Las botellas de refill son pequeñas y con mucho hielo. Tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para nuestra comida. Lo peor fue que nos sirvieron primero a nosotros que a nuestra hija hambrienta. Ella todavía tuve que esperar más por su platillo. Su platillo era sencillo solamente pop chicken con papas. Por las prisas la comida de nuestra hija no estaba bien cocinada. Las papas crudas y aceitosa.

Creo que estamos acostumbrados a un buen servicio en Applebee's pero creo que si hacen fiestas deberían poner...
